What is Dr. Chang’s Practice’s fee?

Our initial one time integrative analysis intake fee is $250. We will bill insurance on the initial visit if requested, but the amount you pay will depend on your health plan.

Our practice’s monthly fee, in the amount of $99/month, is due when you sign the Patient Participation agreement with Dr Chang’s practice. We do not bill insurance for the monthly participation fee.

What amenities are provided for the Practice’s monthly fee?

  • 24/7 cell phone access to Dr Chang and secure e-mail access for clients and their family member/support system.

  • Limited practice size that facilitates extended 30-60 minute same day or next day virtual appointments.

  • Care coordination with your primary care and/or specialty care providers.

  • Coordination of RX home delivery if desired.

  • An in-person initial evaluation by a member of our specially trained care team.

Will Insurance be billed for my virtual appointments?

No, your virtual appointments are included in our practice's monthly fee therefore are not billed to your insurance.

Will I have to pay a co-pay for my visits?

No, there is no additional fee beyond the monthly practice participation fee.

How do I conduct a virtual appointment with Dr Chang?

Dr Chang uses the secure videoconferencing service, Zoom, within Praxis's patient portal to host HIPAA compliant Virtual Visits. The service is completely free for you, and doesn’t require a download or the creation of an account.

What about the cost of prescription medication?

The costs of prescription medications are the patients’ responsibility and in most cases should be covered by their insurance plans

Can I see Dr. Chang if I live out of state?

Not yet. At present, Dr. Chang's practice is limited to California residents. However this could change in 2025, so please reach out to us if you reside outside of CA and are in need of support.

Yes. Dr. Chang has new patient availability starting in November/December 2024.
